3.5 MIL WHITE PREMIUM FLEXIBLE VINYL
WITH A PERMANENT ACRYLIC ADHESIVE AND A 90# STAYFLAT LINER
- Description: A flexible matte white calendered film coated with a clear permanent pressure sensitive adhesive and a 90# release liner.
- Application: This product line is intended for use in the production of high quality interior and exterior graphics requiring durability and flexibility, i.e. fleet markings and decals
- Print Methods: Solvent or UV curable screen printing inks
- Face Film: 3.5 ± 0.2 mils matte white polymeric flexible vinyl
- Adhesive: P22 clear acrylic pressure activated removable
- Liner: 90# (6.5 ± 0.2 mils) white polyethylene coated two Side silicone coated one side paper
- Total Product Thickness: 11.5-12.5 mils
- Minimum Application Temperature: +40° F.
- Service Temperature Range: -20° F. To +150° F.
- Expected Outdoor Life: Three to five years mid-continental USA vertical exposure

- Solvent Resistance: Good for most petroleum based solvents. Edge sealing is recommended in high solvent exposure areas
- Shelf Life: One year when stored under conditions of 70°F and 50% relative humidity.
