Description: Catalina Graphic Films HI-STAT consists of a highly plasticized flexible vinyl film, laminated to a 60# board stock for ease of handling and die cutting. HI-STAT clings to smooth, polished, glossy, clean surfaces without adhesive.
Application: This product is a self clinging film, which requires no adhesive, applies quickly to most smooth polished surfaces and is easily removed. Some of the many uses include window advertising, POP window decals, price stickers, automotive window decals and reusable seasonal decals.
Print Methods: Roll to roll printing with conventional or UV curable offset, flexographic and litho inks.
Face Film: 7.5 ± 0.2 mils gloss white flexible vinyl
Liner: 60# cast coated board stock (Kromekote)
Total Product Thickness: 10.5 ± 1.0 mils
Surface Tension: 34 dynes minimum
Minimum Application Temperature: +40º F.
Service Temperature Range: -10° F. To +150° F.
Adhesion: Excellent (non top-coated side of the vinyl will adhere to glass and other highly polished surfaces. It is recommended not to apply the top-coated or printed side to glass as the ink may transfer to the glass upon removal of the film)
Durability: Two years (interior of window glass)
Chemical Resistance: Excellent (commercial window cleaners)
Shelf Life: Six months when stored at 70° F and 50% relative humidity.
Material Reuse: Printed decals can be reused if properly handled
